Home/Legal/Digital Services Act

Legal

Digital Services Act.

Last updated 4 October 2026

Portico Play is a hosting service under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). Brands use it to run games for their players, and a few parts of those games can be seen by other people. This page gives our points of contact and explains how reporting works.

Who we are

Luminbrane AB (org. no. 559523-4245, VAT SE559523424501), Stockholm, Sweden, trading as Portico Play. We are established in the EU, so we have no separate legal representative.

Single point of contact for authorities (Article 11)

Authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can reach us at [email protected]. We answer in English or Swedish. Orders to act against illegal content or to provide information (Articles 9 and 10) go to the same address; we confirm receipt without undue delay.

Single point of contact for users (Article 12)

Players and anyone else using a game on Portico Play can reach us directly at [email protected], in English or Swedish. A person reads every message; you are not answered only by an automated tool.

Reporting content

To report illegal content, or content that breaks our rules, use the Report button in the game or write to [email protected].

How reporting works in games

  • A Report button sits next to every public alias, group, leaderboard nickname and share page. You do not need an account. Say what is wrong, choose the rule it breaks and confirm you report in good faith. You get a notice number at once, and our decision later if you leave your email.
  • The brand moderates first. The brand running the game reviews reports in its console. If it has not handled a report within [48 hours], Portico staff take it over. Portico alone handles orders from authorities and anything that suggests a threat to life or safety, which we report to the police.
  • A person decides. Automated tools such as a nickname filter can block or flag content, but a person decides every report.
  • Statements of reasons. If we restrict something you provided, we tell you at the latest when the restriction starts: what we did, why, which rule or law it breaks, whether automated means were used and how to disagree.

The content and moderation policy lists the rules and the actions in full.

If you disagree

  • Reply to the statement of reasons or write to [email protected], quoting the notice number. A person who was not involved in the decision looks at it again.
  • You may take the dispute to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body (Article 21 DSA).
  • You may complain to the Digital Services Coordinator in your country. In Sweden that is Post- och telestyrelsen (PTS).
  • You can always go to court.

Brands’ own terms

Portico hosts games for brands. Each brand runs its own campaigns and its own terms apply to them, alongside this page and our content policy. Questions about a prize, eligibility or the brand’s use of your data go to the brand; its details are in the game.
