Website terms of use.
These terms govern your use of the Portico Play website at porticoplay.com. By using the site you accept them. They do not govern the Portico Promos platform, the operator console or any campaign; those are covered by the written agreement between the operator and Luminbrane.
1. Who we are
The website is published by Luminbrane, Stockholm, Sweden, trading as Portico Play. Contact: [email protected].
2. Purpose of the website
The site presents business-to-business promotional game software for licensed gambling operators, sportsbooks and affiliates. It offers no gambling, no prizes and no consumer service of any kind. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance; a contract for the platform or for studio services exists only when a written agreement is signed. Game artwork and campaign screens are illustrative and customisable; they are not screenshots of a specific operator's campaign.
3. Intellectual property
The Portico Play and Portico Promos names, logos, game concepts, artwork, copy and code on this site belong to Luminbrane or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our services. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or use them commercially without written permission, except for brief quotations with attribution.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or any connected Portico service;
- interfere with the site's operation, for example through denial of service or by circumventing security measures;
- use automated means that place an unreasonable load on the site. Ordinary search engine and AI assistant crawling that respects
robots.txtis welcome; - present the site's content as your own or as an endorsement by Portico Play.
5. Links to other services
The site links to the operator console, the campaign verifier, Google, Cloudflare and Luminbrane's own website. Those services have their own terms and privacy notices, which apply when you use them. We are not responsible for third-party content.
6. No warranty
The website and its content are provided "as is" for general information. We take care to keep it accurate, but we make no representation that it is complete, current or error free, or that the site will be available without interruption. Product capabilities are described in the agreement you sign, not on this site.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Luminbrane is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of business, profit or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Privacy
How personal data is handled is set out in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes arising from them or from your use of the website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules where they apply.
