A few good questions
A play is one started game session by one player: a wheel spun, a card scratched, a box opened. Page views, embeds loading and repeat visits that never start a game are not plays.
Each plan includes a monthly play volume sized for its audience. If a launch is going to outgrow it, tell us and we agree a volume price before it runs. A paid plan is never paused without a conversation first; the free Sandbox pauses when its allowance is used up.
No. Every plan includes a number of team members and you can share the console with the people who run your campaigns, from marketing to compliance, without buying seats.
From prepaid credit, at a local rate per country, with no monthly fee. Credit never expires, and when it runs out the code goes by email and on screen instead, so a player is never left without a prize.
Monthly plans can be changed or cancelled at any time and take effect at the next billing date. Annual plans are paid up front and include two months free.
Anyone can create an organisation, dress a brand and draft campaigns straight away. Before the first campaign goes live under our name, Portico checks that the operator and the offer are what they say they are. It usually takes a working day.
Group plans are agreed with you: the number of brands, the volume, the data processing agreement and the named contacts on both sides. Most groups choose an annual plan.
