Agencies

Run every client from one console.

Your agency has its own Portico organisation, and each client keeps theirs. A client invites you in and decides what you may do. Switch between clients in the console, build a campaign once and reuse it, and report to each client on their own numbers.

01

Clients invite you in

A client’s owner invites your agency and chooses the brands you may work on, all of them or a list, and your role: manage campaigns, or view only. Your owner or an admin accepts, and the client appears in the console’s switcher under Clients. Your people work in the client’s organisation without joining it, so they never take one of the client’s team seats.

02

The client stays in control

The client’s owner can change the brands or the role, or revoke access, at any moment, and access ends at once. Participant contact details stay hidden from the agency unless the client allows it, and that choice is off by default. An agency never reaches the client’s billing, members, settings or domains, and the client’s audit log shows which changes came through the agency.

03

Reuse your work, never their data

Save any campaign as one of your agency’s own templates, then copy it into any client where you manage campaigns. The copy always arrives as a draft, with the game, the wording, the look, the prize tiers and the form. Participant data, codes, webhook secrets and tokens are never copied, and the images the campaign uses are copied into the client’s own asset library.

04

Reports for each client

One page lists every client with its plays, prizes claimed, delivered and redeemed, for this month and the last 30 days, broken down by campaign. Only live plays count: tests and previews never do.

05

Play pages on the brand’s own domain

A brand can serve its play pages on its own subdomain, such as play.brand.com. The client adds it in their settings and proves it with a DNS record, and we issue and renew the certificate. Nothing but that brand’s games is reachable on it. One custom domain per brand, on the Brand and Group plans.

06

Which plan an agency needs

An agency’s own organisation runs on the Group plan, or on an agreement made for it. Each client keeps its own organisation on any plan, the free Sandbox included, and pays for its own brands. Creators, affiliates and partners who send traffic to a brand’s campaigns use the Affiliate plan instead.
