AI creation

Write a brief. Get a draft.

Describe the campaign in plain words and Portico drafts it for you: the wording, the look, the game settings and the questions. The draft is yours to check. Anything the brief did not say is shown as a gap, never made up, and nothing goes live until a person publishes it.

01

From a brief to a draft campaign

In the console, Draft with AI takes a brief in plain words, with hints if you have them: the goal, the channel, the dates and the brand. It starts from one of Portico’s templates or starters and creates a draft campaign with the words, the look, the game settings and, for a quiz or a poll, the questions. You change it in the editor like any other draft.

02

Gaps are shown, not invented

When the brief leaves out a fact the campaign needs, the draft does not guess it. The fact comes back as a gap, listed in the editor. A required gap blocks publishing until someone on your team fills it in or dismisses it.

03

Preview before you publish

Preview the draft first, then publish it through the normal publish flow. The AI never publishes anything.

04

What the AI never sets

Odds, prizes, stock, eligibility such as countries, age and limits, terms, integrations and legal dates are never taken from the AI. They come from the template, and a person on your team sets them.

05

What the model sees

The model receives the brief, your organisation’s industry and language, and Portico’s template catalogue. It never receives participant data, contact details, codes or credentials. Keep personal data out of the brief; the console says so where you write it.

06

New games, made in the studio

Portico’s studio can also generate new game mechanics. This is done by Portico’s staff, not self-serve, in an isolated sandbox with no network, no production credentials and no participant data. Every game, hand-written or generated, must pass the same automated conformance checks: tampering, retries, resizing, keyboard and touch, reduced motion, no network, its lifecycle, and analytics without contact data. Code that is not certified cannot be published, and a staff review certifies each exact build. The server decides every result; a generated game only animates it. Certified generated games are made available to an organisation on request.

07

AI generations in every plan

Each plan includes a number of AI generations for the organisation per month, counted across all its brands: 3 on Sandbox, 30 on Affiliate, 100 on Brand and 300 on Group, and as agreed on a custom plan. A failed generation does not count. If you need more, ask us: Portico grants extra generations on request, and they are not sold per unit.

Data

AI features run on Claude, by Anthropic. Anthropic is a subprocessor for these features, and data is transferred to it under Anthropic’s data processing agreement with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Anthropic does not train on customer content. Portico keeps prompts and responses for 90 days.
